THE TOWN OF ROCK RIVER HAS EXPERIENCED A WATER MAIN BREAK AND IS CURRENTLY OUT OF WATER, THE STAFF IS DILIGENTLY WORKING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. WE ASK FOR YOUR PATIENCE. PLEASE CALL THE TOWN HALL WITH QUESTIONS. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS POTABLE WATER FOR RESIDENTS AND A NON-POTABLE WATER TANK AT THE FIRE HALL. CURRENTLY THE LIMIT FOR POTABLE WATER IS 3 GALLONS PER PERSON, THE TOWN WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ON TRUCKING IN MORE POTABLE WATER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

Proposed Hazard Mitigation Plan for Albany County

Albany County LogoAlbany County EMA is looking for comments and feed back reguarding the draft Hazard Mitigation Plan

The purpose of the Hazard mitigation plan is to identify natural hazards and plan mitigation projects that can lessen the impact of natural hazards on the local community. Albany County Emergency Management and Louis Berger are in the final stations of the development of the Hazard Mitigation Planning.
