Notification of COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility

  • To receive notification when you are eligible to receive the vaccine, all individuals need to have a patient portal account through Ivinson Memorial Hospital/UCHealth’s My Health Connection.
    1. If you already have signed up for a My Health Connection account, please sign in and ensure your contact information is correct.
    2. If you do not have a My Health Connection account, please sign up for one at
  • Individuals will be contacted through My Health Connection when a vaccine is available to them.

Current Vaccine Eligibility

  • As of March 29th, COVID-19 vaccinations are now open to the general public for those who are 16 years of age or older. Call the Vaccine Call Center at (307) 766-8222 Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm for assistance in scheduling your vaccine. If you have questions or concerns with getting the COVID-19 vaccine, please call your primary care provider to speak with them about what vaccine is right for you.
  • The FDA and The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices have approved the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine for ages 12 years of age and older. Albany County Public Health will be holding a walk-in clinic Thursday, May 13th from 9am-6pm. The clinic will take place at the old armory located at 2901 E Armory Rd.
